摘　　要：工程质量特性是满足甲方的要求,而质量的经济性是指质量成本最低时质量水平为最佳。通过质量成本控制实现质量经济性是企业生产中实现效益的重要途径。石油企业工程版块可通过成本预测、计划、核算、分析、考核和报告等工作找出最适宜的质量成本,从而实现质量的经济性,以此达到更佳的工程收益。Project quality is characterized by the fulfillment of the Client’s requirement, while the quality economic efficiency is defined as achieving best quality level with lowest quality cost. It is an important approach in enterprise production to gain the company's benefit through achieving the economic efficiency by cost control. Petroleum engineering sector may find out the most proper quality cost by means of cost budgeting, planning, checking, analyzing, examining, reporting etc., and optimizes the quality economic efficiency, then gains better projects benefit.
