摘 要:目的:探讨颌骨不同种植部位在曲面断层片上的失真率。方法:对132颗种植床进行颌骨曲面断层摄影,利用直径5.0mm的钢珠在不同种植床的影像进行直接测量,前牙区37颗,前磨牙区23颗,磨牙区72颗,计算钢珠失真率。结果:在曲面断层片上前牙区失真率为28.16%,前磨牙区失真率为27.94%,磨牙区失真率为28.22%。颌骨曲面断层片的平均失真率为28.17%。结论:颌骨曲面断层片上不同部位失真率不同,为种植术前制定治疗计划提供依据。Objective:To evaluate the distortion rate of dental implant bed in the jaw by the orthopantomography. Methods: The metal ball with standard size which be put in implant host region of alveolar bone and the orthopantomography were taken in 132 patients. According the change of diameter of the metal balls in the orthopantomography, we can quantify accurate bone height in different areas of dental arch. Results: In orthopantomography,the average vertical distortion rate were 28.17%. The mean rates of vertical distortion of panoramic radiographs were 28.16%, 27.94%. 28.22% in the incisor, premolar and molar region, respectively. Conclusion: Orthopantomography can clearly show the different distortion rate of the different position in alveolar bone. It plays an important role in operation planning and can improve the success rate of implantation.
