摘　　要：医师是医疗行为的主动实施者,市场经济条件下的医疗服务具有无私利他的道德责任和追求利益的需求,医疗市场中的利他行为主要包括无私利他与为己利他。医疗服务的市场运作必须坚持始终如一的正确的价值取向,社会公众利益最大化是医疗服务的基本目标。为病人最大利益着想是医护专业最根本的道德规范与责任,亦是医患关系不可缺少的伦理基石。Medical practitioner is the active implementer of medical practice. Under the market economy, medical service bears the unselfish and altruistic moral obligations and the needs to pursue interest. Altruism in medical market includes mainly unselfish and selfish altruism. The market operation of medical service must always be in accordance with the value orientation, and the basic goal of medical service is the maximization of the public interest. The maximal consideration of the interest of the patients is the fundamental ethics and obligation in medical profession and the necessary ethic foundation for the doctor-patient relation.
