摘　　要：医疗服务是一系列无形的医疗行为的连续过程。积极建立完善医院管理模式,将使医院管理工作更加适应社会经济发展的要求,符合卫生事业发展的需要,满足群众医疗保健的需求。Medical service is the continuous process of the series of invisible medical behaviors. We should actively construct and perfect the managerial modes in hospitals, make them adapt to the development of social economy and the development of health undertaking and satisfy the needs of medical health of the masses.
