摘　　要：创新文化已成为学科建设可持续发展的核心动力。医学影像学科要坚持创新文化理念,促进医学影像人才的全方位培养,提高医学影像诊断水平,优质高效地服务临床、服务患者,有效地提高医学影像学科的核心竞争力。Cultural innovation is the core motive of the sustainable development in discipline construction. We should stick to the innovation of the cultural ideas in medical iconography, improve the overall cultivation of iconographic talents and the diagnosis of medical iconography ,provide the patients with high quality and efficient service and effectively upgrade the core competitive ability of medical iconography.
