摘　　要：从棉田土壤中筛选出具有棉花黄萎病病原菌——大丽轮枝菌颉颃活性的2-14菌株,经菌落和菌体形态观察、生理生化鉴定以及16S rDNA鉴定,该菌株为Bacillus velezensis。抑菌谱试验说明,2-14菌株对几种植物病原菌都有抑制作用,有较高研究价值。A antagonistic bacterium strain 2-14 against Verticillium dahliae , which had pathogen of the verticillium wilt, was screened from cotton soil. It was identified as Bacillus velezensis through colony and cell morphologic observation, physiologic and biochemical identification as well as the identification of 16S rDNA. The results of the inhibition spectrum experiments showed that the strain 2-14 had the inhibitory effect on several plant pathogens, which had a higher research value.
