摘　　要：本文就国内外消化外科领域应用生物可吸收吻合环（BAR）的现状、进展方面进行综述，内容涉及BAR的特性、历史应用概略、应用于消化道和消化道重建以外的用途、吻合方式、应用时的注意事项以及不足之处。可为BAR的应用者提供参考。This summary summarizes the application situation and progress of the bioframenmtable anastomosis ring （BAR） used in digestion surgery both domestic and abroad, including the specific property, the survey of application all along, the application in the reeostruction of alimentary tract and another field, the ways of anastomosis, the things should be taken note of when application, and the short of BAR. It might be referenced for the user of BAR.
