摘  要:建立适用于任意齿数的多齿涡旋盘通用几何模型,得到压缩机吸气量、压缩比及相对滑动速度等性能参数随涡旋齿数的变化规律,讨论齿厚、齿高和节距等涡旋盘结构参数的制约条件和齿数对涡盘性能的影响,并对圆渐开线与正多边形渐开线作为多涡旋齿齿壁型线的区别进行分析对比。结果表明:与单涡旋齿涡旋压缩机相比,当基圆半径不变时,多涡旋齿相对滑动速度明显减小;当节距不变时,多涡旋齿吸气量明显增加;多齿涡旋压缩机可同时提高排气量、减小压缩机外形尺寸和摩擦损失,更适用于较大吸气量的应用场合。A general geometry model of muhi-wrap scroll plate was established, the variation laws of performance parameters such as suction volume, compression ratio and relative velocity with wrap number were obtained, the influencing factors of the structure parameters of wrap thickness, wrap height as well as pitch in working process were discussed, and the differences between circle involute and regular polygon involute used for wrap profile were analyzed. Compared with single wrap scroll compressor, the relative velocity of muhi-wrap scroll compressor with the same basic circle radius decreases obviously, and its suction volume with the same pitch increases. Therefore, the muhi-wrap scroll compressor can increase suction volume, decrease compressor's shape dimension and reduce friction loss at the same time, and is more applicable to the situation of large suction volume.
