摘 要:对圆锥节流型空化发生器内的二维稳态气液两相流进行数值模拟。以压差、速度和气含量作为评定指标,分析不同工况下该发生器有、无盲管时内部流场的分布情况,考察两种情况下空化特性的差异。结果表明:盲管可改变发生器的边界条件,致其内部空化活性区的位置提前、范围扩大,进而更有利于促进空化提前发生以及增加空化事件的数量,提高空化初生效率;圆锥节流型空化发生器存在最优入口压力范围。此研究结果对分析盲管的作用机理以及指导空化发生器的结构优化具有一定的参考价值。The two-dimensional steady gas-liquid two-phase flow in cavitation reactor with taper throttle was numerically simulated. By using pressure difference, velocity and volume fraction of vapor as weighed criterion, the distribution situation of flow field and the difference of cavitation characteristics were analyzed in the reactor with and without blind pipe under the different going. The results indicate that blind pipe can change the reactor's boundary condition, enlarge the active zone of cavitation and move up the cavitation location. So it can make for advancing the initial cavitation and increasing the cavitation events' number, furthermore, enhancing the efficiency of cavitation inception. There exists optimum range of inlet pressure in the cavitation reactor. The research results have some reference value to analyze the mechanism on blind pipe and guide the design of hydrodynamic cavitation reactor.
