摘 要:农资供应商是农业社会化服务体系中重要的市场化主体,在农业生产资料的供应、农业技术信息咨询和指导等方面起到了积极作用。但在竞争激烈的农资市场中,基层农资供应商面临着资金周转困难、风险保障能力弱、自身专业知识和经营水平难以提高等问题。而一些成功的经验,诸如打欠条防赖帐,以服务促销售,组织或参加农资协会,加盟农民专业合作社,加盟供销社主导的供销网络等方法,可为其摆脱上述困境提供有益的借鉴。Suppliers of agricultural means of production are the important marketing participants m me system of commercialized services for agriculture. They provide access for the agricultural producers to getting means of agricultural production, and more convenience in agrotechnical information consultation and guidance as well. However, in the competitive market of agricultural means of production, grass-root suppliers are faced with lots of problems like slow funds turnover, weak capability to withstand risks, difficulty to improve professional knowledge and management level, and so on. Luckily, many successful cases provide useful experiences and lessons for them to get rid of embarrassment, such as signing credit notes to avoid default in payment;promoting sale by service;organizing or participating in association of agricultural means of production ;joining in farmer professional cooperatives ;joining in supply and marketing network dominated by supply and marketing cooperatives, etc.
