福建省城乡用电同网同价的实践与探索

摘　　要：福建省目前实行的供电模式与其现行的电力体制、电网供区间的电量来源以及经济发展实际情况相适应。但也存在同一县域内部分城乡用电尚未同价,全省电网售电单价不一,矛盾突出等问题。为此,必须进一步深化农村电力体制改革,加快农村电网改造;必须深化电价改革,强化电网管理工作;必须以有利于促进县域经济发展为宗旨,积极探索更加适合福建实际的城乡用电同价模式。Fujian current mode power supply instead of the existing electricity system, electricity grid interval for the economic development of sources and adapted to the actual situation. But there are also some of the same county region that have not yet with the price of electricity in urban and rural areas, the province＇s power grid from electricity sales price different to highlight issues such as contradictions. To this end, the need to further deepen the rural electricity system, speed up rural power grids tariff reform must deepen and strengthen the management of power grids; must be conducive to promoting the county for the purpose of economic development, and actively explore more suitable for urban and rural areas in Fujian actual power consumption with price model.
