消炎痛联合卡马西平治疗强直-阵挛性发作的临床疗效

摘　　要：采用随机对照的方法观察消炎痛联合卡马西平与单用卡马西平治疗强直-阵挛性发作癫痫的临床疗效。结果显示两组显效率分别为47.7%和34.4%,总有效率分别为92.3%和85.9%,脑电图改善率分别是81.5%和70.3%,两组比较均有显著性差异(p<0.05)。说明消炎痛联合卡马西平治疗强直-阵挛性发作优于单用卡马西平的临床疗效。The random control tests were used to investigate the combination therapeutic effect of indomethacin and Carbamazepine for tetania - clonic seizures. The results showed that the excellence rates were 47.7% and 34.4% respectively, the total effective rates were 92.3 % and 85.9% respectively, the improvement rates of electroencephalogram were 81.5 % and 70.3 % respectively between the two groups. There was obvious difference between the two groups （p 〈 0. 05）. We conclude that the combination effect of indomethacin and Carbamazcpine for tetania - clonic seizures surpasses that of Carbamazepine alone.
