摘　　要：创意产业园区的可持续发展依赖于创意产业持续的创新能力。通过组织间的互动实现知识的产生、传递与积累是创意产业中创新所具有的新特点,这种称之为网络式创新的创新模式,其基础是知识,尤其是隐性知识,其实现途径是集体学习机制。将创意产业园区的学习行为做了自觉性与结构性的划分,在此基础上构建了知识、学习与网络式创新能力之间的相互关系模型,分析了集体学习的主要过程及其基础。试图阐释一种更为系统和动态的网络式创新能力评价和培育。Sustainable development of creative industry park depends on the continued innovation ability of the creative industry. It is a new feature in the innovation of the creative industry that to realize generation, transmission and accumulation of knowledge by interaction within the organization, and the creative mode of so called network creative mode is based on knowledge, in particular, tacit knowledge, and is realized by collective learning mechanism, in this paper a division of self-consciousness and constitutive is made for the creativity industry park＇s study behavior, and based on this, a relationship model is established for knowledge,study and network type innovation ability;the main process and the foundation of collective study is also analyzed. According to the above this paper attempts to explain a more systematic and the dynamic network type innovation ability appraisal and the cultivation.
