摘 要:目的以丙烯酸酯共聚物为囊皮,采用凝胶-乳液聚合法制备了缓释型氟氯氰菊酯纳米胶囊。方法经粒度分析仪测定和透射电镜观察。结果在亲水性单体(AA)用量为2%~8%,囊材用量为10%~15%时,纳米胶囊粒子呈球形,分散均匀,平均粒径在50~100nm之间。结论紫外分光光度法测其释放速率,纳米胶囊中的氟氯氰菊酯的残留量于50℃±1℃的环境中,可长时间保持一个较高水平,表明该杀虫剂具有明显的残效性。Objective To prepare control-released cyfluthrin nanocapsules via gel-emulsion polymerized method. The capsule wall was the copolymer of acrylic ester( BA or EA) and crylic acid(AA). Methods Measuring by Photon Correlation Spectroscopy and Transmission Electron Microscopy. Results When the amount of water solubility monome(AA) was 2% -8% and the used rate of capsule wall material was 10% -15% , the monodispersity spherical nature of the nanocapsules had mean particle size with 50 - 100 nm. Conclusion Results from Ultravio- let Spectrophotometry show that the release rate of the control-released cyfluthrin nanocapsules are significantly lower than EC. That exhibit sustains releasing of the drug for a long time.
