雷州半岛鼠疫疫源地预防性灭蚤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨奋斗呐可湿性粉剂地面滞留喷药后，对家鼠鼠疫疫源地鼠体蚤及地面游离蚤的杀灭效果。方法将5％奋斗呐可湿性粉剂配制成1：120浓度的水悬剂型实施地面滞留喷洒，室内和室外（包括禽畜圈栏）均匀喷洒（100ml／m2）；墙角、狗窝、鼠洞及有鼠迹的地方重点喷药（180～200ml／m2）；每户用药量按120g的5％可湿性粉剂计算。通过灭蚤前后的蚤指数变化情况，调查评估灭效。结果对鼠体蚤的杀灭效果为28．63％，地面游离蚤的灭效为39．72％。结论对地面游离蚤的灭效较好，但对鼠体蚤的灭效较差，还有待进一步观察。但居民区室内外环境卫生的综合治理也很重要。Objective To study the killing ratios of rodents＇ parasitic flea and ground free flea after resort spraying on the ground in the focus of house mice plague. Methods 5% Fending was diluted the liquid（ 1： 120） , resort spraying method in indoor and field （ 100 ml/m2 ） , especially in the foot of a wall, kennel, holes and traces of mouse （ 180 - 200 ml/m2 ）. Through counted rodents＇ parasitic flea and ground free flea killing ratios contrast between before the application and after the application. Results The killing ratios of rodents parasitic flea and ground free flea were 28.63% and 39.72% respectively. Conclusion It have better efficacy against ground free flea than against mouse parasitic flea. It still requires further observation. However, comprehensive environment management is also very important in residential areas of indoor and outdoor.
