摘  要:采用浸渍法制备了固体磷酸催化剂,并将其用于催化乙酸乙酯合成。考察了固体磷酸催化剂制备过程及酯化反应过程中各因素对反应的影响。研究结果表明,当催化剂用量为冰醋酸质量的30%,醇酸摩尔比为3/1,反应时间为2.0h时,酯化率可达70.3%。Solid phosphoric acid catalyst was prepared by impregnation method and their catalytic activity for synthesiz- ing ethyl acetate was investigated. The effects of varied factors in solid phosphoric acid preparation and esterification have been analyzed. The results of test indicate that the better reaction conditions are: When the amount of catalyst is 30% (based on mass of acetic acid) and the molar ratio of acetic acid to alcohol is 1:3, the yield can reach 70.3% after 2 hours.
