摘　　要：以间接碘标记蛋白质的方法制备１２５Ｉ－ＣａＭ，比活度为１．５６ＭＢｑ／μｇ，１２５Ｉ的总标记率为２３．１％。实际应用表明，由于减少了直接碘化标记对抗原的损伤，其特异性、稳定性等技术指标均能满足放射免疫工作的要求。he iodinated calmodulin with 125I by the indirect iodination method is prepared.The specific radioactivity of 125ICaM is 1.56 MBq/μg,the total labelling rate of 125I is 23.1%. Clinical tests indicate that the specificity,stability and other technical specifications of the iodinated CaM can satisfy the needs of RIA for reducing the harm of direct iodination to the antigen.
