温阳通痹汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨温阳通痹汤治疗冠心病心绞痛(心肾阳虚证)的临床疗效.方法选择60例冠心病心绞痛(心肾阳虚证)患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予温阳通痹汤+西药基础治疗,西药基础治疗,疗程4周.结果治疗组对中医症候及心绞痛症状改善情况优于对照组(p<0.05),治疗后两组CRP均改善且治疗组优于对照组(p<0.05).结论温阳通痹汤是治疗冠心病心绞痛(心肾阳虚证)的有效方药.Objective To observe the clinical effects of Wenyangtongbi （WYTB） soup on patients with XSYX of coronary heart disease （CHD）. Method 60 patients with XSYX of coronary heart disease were selected and divided into two groups randomly （treat- ment group and control group）. Conventional western medical theraphy was given to both groups for 4 weeks, at the same time, the treatment group. was added with WYTB soup. Results The total effective rates of Chinese medical syndromes and angina pectoris in the treatment group were higher than in the control group （P〈0.05）, after treatment, a significant fall of CRP was found in both groups （P〈0.05）, with a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion WYTB soup is an effective prescription to the patients with XSYX of CHD.
