摘　　要：延安时期,中共在局部执政的13年中,主要在民主宪政、廉政法制、民主司法和经济法制等四个方面加强了民主法治建设,成效卓著。它为打败日本侵略者,解放全中国奠定良好的政治基础,也为新中国的民主法治建设积累了宝贵的经验。During the Yan＇an Period, the Chinese Communist Party （CPC） was governing for 13 years and strengthening construction of democratic and rule of law. And it achieved great results in four parts： democratic constitutionalism, democratic justice, and legality on building an honest and clear government, legality on economy. It made a good political foundation to beat the Japanese invaders and liberate the whole China, and accumulated precious experiences for construction of democratic and rule of law of New China.
