摘　　要：针对山西高校在制度文化建设上的不足,要从实行高校校园文化目标管理、建立科学的高校集体领导决策体制、加强高校教师人事制度的改革、健全高校学生管理专业化的制度体系等方面加强山西高校校园文化的制度建设。this paper focuses on the implementation of high school cultural objectives management, the establishing of high school decision-making collective leadership system, the strengthening of high school teachers＇ personnel system reform, the system of high school students＇ management specialization. All of the work is done for the carrying out of the effective implementation of the systems, for the assurence of high school culture development, for the shaping of the school spirit and the style of study and teaching.
