摘　　要：国内外对产业集群中知识溢出研究主要集中在理论与实证两个方面,理论上主要研究知识溢出的内涵、产生原因、类型、溢出方式及途径等;实证研究以知识溢出测量及效应分析为主,本文对上述内容分别进行整理归纳和分析评述,并针对最新研究现状提出展望。this paper summed up the literature of researches on Knowledge Spillover theory in industry cluster both at home and abroad. The study found that researches on knowledge spillover theory mainly focus on the following aspects of the theory： Its connotation, features, spillover mechanism, empirical measurement and economic effect. At the same time, this paper generalized and analyzed the limitations of the both aspects. For the current studies, the paper raised the outlook in the future.
