摘 要:为了解决状态监测与故障诊断的统一建模问题,提出一种新型Petri网模型——监测诊断Petri网;首先对状态监测中的特征参量进行了分析,给出了一种实用的模糊隶属度函数形式,接着在基本网系统的基础上,定义了新型Petri网,分析了它的动态特性,同时为了描述其运行过程,提出一种仿真方法;该方法可以为新型Petri网运行的计算机实现提供依据,同时通过学习案例也可以验证其中参数的正确性,最后举例验证了新型Petri网的可行性和实用性;监测诊断Petri拓展了Petri网的描述领域,形象动态地展现了监测与诊断的过程,实现了全过程的统一建模。A new Petri net model-Monitoring & Diagnosis Petri Net is introduced in order to model the whole process of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis. First of all, characteristic parameters in the condition monitoring are analyzed. A practical fuzzy membership grade function form is proposed. And then, the definition of the new Petri net is presented based on the elementary system and its dynamic behaviors are discussed. At the same time, a simulation method is introduced to describe the operational process of the new Petri net. The method can help implement the new Petri net in the computer, and the new Petri net's parameters are verified through the cases by means of the method. Finally, an example based on the new Petri net is taken to show its feasibility and practicality. Monitoring & Diagnosis Petri Net extends the description field of Petri net. The process of monitoring and diagnosis is shown visually and dynamically. The unified modeling of the whole process is realized.
