摘　　要：随着城市化发展,城乡结合部社区大量出现并具有明显的特征,面临着违法犯罪严重、社会危害性大;资源归属混乱、补偿机制不合理;管理体制无序、管理效率低下;盲目开发建设、基础设施滞后等诸多社区管理问题。为了实现其稳定发展,今后应加大综合治理力度、严厉打击各种违法犯罪;建立合理的利益补偿机制;理顺管理体制、强化社区服务功能;重视城乡一体化规划和建设管理等等。Along with Urbanization Development, The community began a great deal of emergence and had the obvious characteristic In the combination zone between urban and rural area, and it Face some problems that break the law strictly, The resources is ownership confusion, Manage system has no preface, development construction is blind, for Stable develop- ment, it should Increase management strength, stroke strictly Illegal Behaviors, Establish Reasonable the mechanism of benefits compensates, Enhance management system,Pay attention to Programming and construction management,and so On .
