摘  要:目的研究伊曲康唑自乳化胶囊的处方并考察其溶出度。方法通过溶解度实验,辅料配伍选择并结合三相图的绘制确定伊曲康唑自乳化胶囊的最佳处方;以市售硬胶囊为参比制剂测定伊曲康唑自乳化胶囊的溶出度。结果该自乳化胶囊中油相为维生素E醋酸酯,乳化剂为Transcutol P,助乳化剂为Cremophor RH40;最佳比例为3∶12∶5。自乳化后药物释放快。结论通过处方研究确定了伊曲康唑自乳化胶囊的最佳处方。与市售硬胶囊相比,伊曲康唑自乳化胶囊的药物释放更快。OBJECTIVE To study the formulation of itraconazole self- emulsifying capsule and its dissolution property. METHODS Through equilibrium solubility experiment, the compatible combination of oil, emulsifier and co-emulsifier and drawing pseudo-ternary phase diagram, the optimum formulation of itraconazole self- emulsifying capsule was determined. Dissolution of itraeonazole self-emulsifying capsule was investigated, taking the commercial capsule as reference. RESULTS In the optimum formulation, tocopherol acetate, Transeutol P, Cremophor RH40 were used as oil phase, emulsifier and co-emulsifier, respectively. The optimized proportion was 3:12:5. The release of itraconazole after self- emulsifying was fast. CONCLUSION The optimal formulation was determined. The release of itraconazole self-emulsifying capsule is fast compared with the commercial hard capsules.
