天王补心丹中棘苷的定性、定量分析方法研究

摘　　要：目的建立天王补心丹中棘苷的定性、定量分析方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对天王补心丹中棘苷进行定性鉴别;并用高效液相色谱法测定棘苷的含量。结果在天王补心丹薄层色谱中,展开剂:乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水-冰醋酸(4∶1∶0.5∶0.5),可清晰检出棘苷斑点;HPLC测定天王补心丹中棘苷含量,棘苷线性范围0.0025～0.075g·L-1(r=1.000),平均回收率为100.5%(RSD=1.6%),灵敏度高、结果准确、重现性好。结论方法简便可行,可用于该制剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish chemical analytical methods for the determination of spinosin in TianwangBuxin Dan. METHODS Spinosin in Tianwang Buxin Dan was analyzed by TLC and HPLC respectively. RESULTS The TLC chromatogram of spinosin in Tianwang Buxin Dan was obtained with good separation. The mobile phase consisted of ethyl acetate-methanol-water-acetic acid （4 ： 1 ： 0.5 ： 0.5）. The quantitative analysis of spinosin in TianwangBuxindan was developed by HPLC with the linear range from 0.002 5-0.075 g·L^-1 （r=1.000） and the mean recovery of 100.5% （RSD=1.6%）. CONCLUSION The simple, rapid and reliable methods are helpful for the quality control of TianwangBuxindan.
