摘  要:目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者血清C反应蛋白水平与肺功能变化的相关关系。方法180例COPD患者按血清C反应蛋白水平分成两组,其中C反应蛋白<1.61 mg/L组92例,C反应蛋白>1.61 ml/L组88例,随访五年,每年检测两次肺功能。结果血清C反应蛋白水平与肺功能FEV1/FVC、FEV1%Pred呈负相关;5年随访的结果显示:血清C反应蛋白>1.61mg/L组肺功能FEV1/FVC、FEV1%Pred下降大于C反应蛋白<1.61 mg/L组。结论血清C反应蛋白的高水平表达与慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的肺动能下降密切相关。Objective To investigate the correlation of reactive protein and lung function in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 180 patients were divided into 2 groups according to their C reactive protein (CRP) level in serum. There were 92 patients with C reactive protein 〈 1.61 mg/L, 88 patients with C reactive protein 〉 1.61 mg/L. The follow - up was five years. All the patients took the pulmonary function test twice a year. Results There are negative correlation between CRP level and FEV1/FVC, FEV1%Pred. FEV1/FVC decline was 4.8% ±0.6% per year in subjects with CRP 〉 1.61 mg/L, while subjects with CRP 〈 1.61 mg/L had a FVC decline of 2.6% ±0.2% per year. The effect of CRP on FEV1/FVC decline was significant ( P = 0.004). FEV1% Pred decline was 4.9% ± 0.3% per year in subjects with CRP 〉 1.61 mg/L, while those with CRP 〈 1.61 mg/L had a FEV1% Pred decline of 3.4% ±0.3% per year. The effect of CRP on FEV1% Pred decline was also was significant ( P = 0.01 ). Conclusion Our results indicate that higher CRP levels are associated with a decline in lung function in the elderly.
