舒适护理在门急诊静脉输液患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在门急诊静脉输液患者中的应用效果。方法将220例15至65岁门急诊静脉输液患者将其按入门急诊输液时间先后顺序分为对照组和实验组,对照组予以常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上予以舒适护理,采用满意度问卷评价其效果。结果两组患者对门急诊护理服务满意度有显著统计学差距(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在门急诊静脉输液中的运用提高了护理服务质量及患者满意度。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of comfortable nursing in outpatient and emergency intravenous infusion. Methods 220 patients aged from 15 to 65 years were divided into two groups： control group and experiment group according to their admiting time. Routine care was taken in control group, while in addition to routine care, comfortable nursing was taken in experiment group. The effect of nursing was evaluated by satisfaction questionnaire. Results Satisfaction was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing in outpatient and emergency intravenous infusion can promote the quality of nursing and the satisfaction of patients.
