摘 要:目的利用小型猪与人类循环系统接近的特点,运用现代医学手段,探讨脉诊研究中小型猪脉滑变模型的建立方法。方法选用中华实验用成年小型猪6只,采用戊巴比妥钠麻醉,定位取脉位置,切脉后,用NX-8型脉诊仪同步采集正常脉图、二导心电图和血流动力学参数。硝酸甘油注射液及低分子右旋糖酐耳大静脉给药进行造模,观察造模后一般情况(心率、皮肤颜色)及指下脉型变化,同步描记脉图及二导心电图;脉滑变后记录不同时间点的心率变化,主波高(HB)、升支斜率(Sup)、降支斜率(Sdown)、降中峡位置(即降中峡高/主波高,HE/HB)、主波宽(TW)和主波峰时限(TB),采集造模后各项血流动力学参数。结果6头小型猪均造模成功,指下感觉滑变明显,脉图变化显著,与造模前相比HB、Sup、Sdown、HE/HB均有显著性差异(除SdownP<0.05外,其余均为P<0.01),血流动力学相关参数也均有显著差异。结论通过药物改变血流动力学影响脉搏的方法建立小型猪脉滑变模型成功,建模方法可靠,小型猪应用于脉诊研究,方法简便、损伤小、可重复运用,有充分的可行性。Objective To investigate the method of establishing model of slippery pulse in miniature pigs by modem medical approaches based on the similar characteristics of circulation system of miniature pig as those of human. Methods Adult Chinese experimental miniature pigs ( n = 6 ) anesthetized with pentobarbital sodium, and then pulse position was set. After pulse- were chosen and taking the normal sphygmogram, 2-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) and parameters of hemodynamics were taken synchronously by NX-8 pulse diagnostic instrument. The model was established by injections of glonoin and low molecular dextran in the vena auricularis magna. The general conditions (heart rate and skin colour) and fingle pulse changes were observed, and sphygmogram and 2-lead ECG were recorded synchronously. After the pulse changed, the heart rate at different time points, HB, Sup, Sdown, HE/ HB, TW and TB were recorded. The parameters of hemodynamics were collected. Results The model was established successfully in 6 miniature pigs with obvious slippery pulse. The changes of sphygmogram was significant. Compared with those before model establishment, HB, Sup, Sdown and HE/HB all had significant differences (all P 〈0.01, except Sdown with P 〈0.05 ).
