摘　　要：根据客运专线乘务计划问题的特点和运营管理的需要,提出开发客运专线乘务计划优化编制系统的必要性和迫切性,探讨系统分析、数据流程、功能设计等系统设计的相关问题。在此基础上,用C#语言开发相应的计算机系统,并以广深线数据为例,对系统进行测试和检验。According to the feature of crew planning problem of passenger dedicated lines（PDLs） and the demand of operations and management, it was proposed the necessary and urgency of developing Crew Plan Generating System of PDLs and discussed relative problems of system design such as system analysis, data flow, function design and so on. On this basis, it was developed the computer system using C# program language and also tested and verified the computer system using data of GuangShen line.
