摘　　要：大庆龙南医院自2006年实施临床路径管理以来,经过两次改版,已有163种疾病的临床路径在临床科室实施。实施三年来,医院的医疗质量有了很大提高,门诊量、出院患者数、病床使用率都有了很大增加,医疗纠纷投诉率逐年递减。实施临床路径管理对医院的医疗管理起到了积极的推动作用。Daqing Longnan Hospital has implemented the clinical way management since 2006. After twice upgrading, there have been 163 kinds of diseases under the clinical pathway management. Within the three years, the hospital medical quality has the very big enhancement, the outpatient service quantity, being oat of hospital patient has been rapidly improved. Outpatients, discharges and ward utilization rate are greatly increased and medical dispute and complaint rate is decreased. Clinical pathway management is an effective way to improce hospital management.
