摘　　要：目的:加强医院预存消费模式下的安全性管理。方法:优化医院信息系统,以手机号码和管理员审核为主要方式,加强各业务部门之间的相互制约,制订各项管理制度来保障预存消费安全。结论:医院所采取的各项安全措施是有效的,既方便了预存消费的实施,也保证了账户资金的安全。Objectives： To strengthen safety management under hospital outpatient budget consumption mode. Methods： Hospital information system was optimized, Cell number and supervisor inspection was the main monitor methods. Balance and constrains between departments were strengthened. Institutions assuring budget consumption were designed. Conclusions： The measures were effectiveness. Outpatient budget consumption could not only convenience the patients, but assures the safety of account.
