摘　　要：随着世界人民对健康观念的改变,中医药在国际市场上的需求迅猛增长,中医药国际化巳时不我待。中医药国际化,首先中医人要说"国际话"。本文就中医医院提高医务人员外语能力的方法进行了阐述,包括重点专才的培养及各类医务人员的培训。With the transformation of health concept, the demands of traditional Chinese medicine in international market are boomingly increasing. It is the time to internationalize traditional Chinese medicine. So it is very important for traditional Chinese medicine staff to use foreign language. The methods as well as key staff＇ s professional training and general training for traditional Chinese medicine staff are discussed.
