纤维胆管镜联合等离子体冲击波碎石术的护理配合

摘　　要：目的探讨等离子体冲击波碎石联合纤维胆管镜治疗肝内外胆管术后残余结石的护理配合。方法选择2007年9月至2008年3月住院的10例肝内胆管术后残余结石患者,在纤维胆管镜直视下,引入定向等离子体冲击波碎石仪探头,解决胆管镜难以取出的肝内外胆管术后残余结石。结果10例纤维胆管镜联合等离子体冲击波碎石术均顺利完成,术后患者均无严重不良反应。结论作好患者心理护理、默契的胆管镜手术配合及精心保养器械对手术成功至关重要。Objective To investigate the operative nurse of fibrocholedochoscopy combined with plasma shock wave lithotripsy （PSWL） in treating postoperative remnant stones impacted in the extra- and intrahepatic bile ducts. Methods From September, 2007 to March, 2008 10th in-hospital patients with postoperative remnant stones impacted in the extra- and intrahepatic bile ducts were choosed. Under using fibrocholedochoscopy condition, import the plasma shock wave conductor （PSW-C） to fragment the residual impacted stones which failed in a basket extraction. Result All of the patients had undergone the operation successfully. No severe syndrome was appeared after operation. Conclusion It is most important that we should do well in the psychological care, cooperate compatibly and protect the instruments carefully.
