中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效观察和护理

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效观察和相应的护理措施。方法对80例患者随机分为40例对照组和40例观察组,对照组进行西医治疗,观察组在西医治疗的基础上增加中药治疗并进行相应的中西医护理,最后比较两组患者腹痛、腹胀缓解时间;首次排便时间;体温从发热降到正常水平所需时间;血淀粉酶恢复正常时间。结果发现观察组患者腹痛、腹胀缓解时间;首次排便时间;体温从发热降到正常时间;血淀粉酶恢复正常时间明显优于对照组,观察组有效率要高于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗再加上精心的护理是治疗急性胰腺炎有效的方法之一,能早日减轻患者的痛苦症状,促使患者早日康复。Objective To study the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment ofacute pancreatitis and the corresponding measures to care. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases of the observation group, the control group of conventional Western medical treatment, Observer Group in Western medicine treatment on the basis of the increase in Chinese medicine treatment and the appropriate the traditional Chinese and Western care, compared with the last two sets of abdominal pain patients, To ease bloating time; defecation time for the first time; heat from the body temperature down to the normal level of the time required; the blood amylase return to normal time. Results The results showed that observation of patients, including abdominal pain, bloating ease the time; defecation time for the first time; heat from the body temperature dropped to normal time; the blood amylase return to normal time better than the control group. Conclusion traditional Chinese and western medicine coupled with the meticulous care is effective in the treatment of acute pancreatitis one of the ways, as soon as possible to alleviate the suffering of the patient＇s symptoms, patients to a speedy recovery.
