加味四君子汤治疗脾虚型变应性鼻炎的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察加味四君子汤治疗脾虚型变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法采用病证结合造模原理，在以卵白蛋白法制备大鼠变应性鼻炎模型同时，并以小承气汤泻下法在同批动物建立脾虚证，然后应用加味四君子汤进行治虎观察比较模型大鼠对致敏变应原的敏感性，接受治疗后的症状改善情况，以及鼻分泌物和鼻腔黏膜组织中嗜酸性粒细胞与肥大细胞分布差异。结果与对照组比较，脾虚证大鼠对同类致敏原的敏感性明显增强，予以加味四君子汤治疗后，症状明显减轻，嗜酸性粒细胞与肥犬细胞浸润程度较对照组改善明显（P〈0．01）。结论脾虚动物较正常动物对同类致敏原的敏感性增高，更容易发生变应性鼻炎，而健脾益气法能发挥有效治疗作用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Supplemented Four Gentlemen Decoction （SFGD） on allergic rhinitis among rats based on an experimental study. Methods The model preparing principles combined disease modeling with pattern establishing in the same animals were utilized in this study to prepare experimental nasal allergy among rats with ovalbumin, supplemented by Minor Qi-Infusing Decoction taken via intragastric administration in the terms of precipitating method to prepare the pattern of Spleen deficiency simultaneously among them in experimental group （EG）. When the model was established well, these rats in EG were given SFGD to treat the lesion. During the whole experimental period, observed comparatively were the variations in sensitivity of animals in different groups to the same kind of allergen, the changes in allergic symptoms of rats in EG following the treatment with SFGD, and the distributing differences of eosinophile granulocyte （EOS） and mast calls （MC） in nasal secretion and epithelia among various groups. Results When compared with that of controlling groups, the sensitivity of animals in EG to the same kind of allergen was significantly increased, while the allergic symptoms were markedly relieved as well as the number and infiltrating density of EOS and MC in nasal secretion and epithelia were both obviously improved among them （P〈0.01）. Conclusions The individuals with the pattern of Spleen deficiency hold a significantly elevated degree of sensitivity to the same kind of allergen, as compared with that of healthy ones, so that they are in a much more affectability to nasal allergy. Then, the treating principle of Spleen-fortifying Qi-boosting will be very effective for the treatment of them with such a condition.
