摘　　要：目的观察耳穴与舌下神经针刺治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）的疗效。方法60例OSAHS患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组39例，采用耳穴与舌下神经针刺治疗；对照组21例，采用调整睡眠姿势和减肥措施治尹氕比较分析治疗前后的临床症状改变。结果与对照组比较，治疗组临床症状改善明显。结论耳穴与舌下神经针蒯治疗OSAHS疗效显著，是一种方便、经济、无副作用的早期预防和治疗方法。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncturing to auricular points and hypogiossal nerve on obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） based on a clinical trial. Methods Included in this study were 60 cases with OSAHS randomly divided in to two groups, with 39 in treating group （TO treated by acupuncturing to auricular points and hypoglossal nerve ahd 21 in controlling group （CG） treated only by posture adjusting during sleep and the measures for weight reduction. Then, the changes in systems before and after the therapies were analyzed in a comparative way. Results As compared with that of controlling group, significantly improved were the clinical syruptoms among the patients in TG. Conclusions The therapy combined acupuncturing to auricular points with hypoglossal nerve needling is significantly effective for the treatment of OSAHS to reduce the severity of associated symptoms, with such advantages as convenient to practice, less cost in economy, little side-effectsfor patients and being able to carry out among OSAHS cases at a very early stage in a consideration of treatment and prevention for the lesion.
