摘　　要：本文提出了一种基于加密流的时移电视实现方案。通过对时移电视网络服务器端和客户端分别进行改进,使得精确同步定位困难、I帧无法正常提取和授权信息无规律性跳转的问题到解决。同时,本系统采用通用逻辑方案,只需终端解扰和解码,适应现有DVB-C或IPTV数字电视业务采用多种CAS的现状。This paper proposed a TVS scheme based on encrypted steam. By making improvement on TVS network server and client separately, we solved the problems of precise positioning and synchronization, extraction of 1-frame in normal way and irregular change of entitlement information. At the same time, this system adopts a universal logical scheme which only needs deserambling and decoding by end user. So it is suitable for the current situation of muhi-CAS used in either DVB-C or IPTV digital TV services.
