摘 要:通过实施线性梯度灌溉试验。对青海省游憩草地进行了耐旱性研究,综合干旱胁迫下各草种叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量及相对电导率的变化分析.确定了高山草甸类游憩草地最适土壤含水量为13.66%~23.47%.耐旱极限为12.01%土壤含水量。并指出水分状况对各草种及草地质量的影响,草地的整体耐旱能力是由草句群落内优势种及植株体量较大的主要伴生草种(黑褐苔草Cavexatro fuca、矮嵩草Kobresiahu-milis、冰草Agropyroncristatum、冷地早熟禾Poacrymophila、蒲公英Taraxacummongolicum、鹅绒委陵菜Potentilla anserine等)决定的,株体矮小的草种.如高原毛茛Ranunculustanguticus、附地菜丁rigonotispe—duncularis等对其影响较小。提出了相应的管护建议.为风景区内游憩草地的科学管理提供了依据。The drought resistance of grassland used for tourism in Qinghai Province was studied with linear gradient irrigation experiment by measuring the chlorophyll content, proline content and relative conductivity. The result indicated that the most suitable soil moisture content ranged from 13.66% to 23.47% and the crucial drought resistance limit was 12.01%. The drought resistance of grassland depended on the dominant species and main companion species (Carex atrofuca, Kobresia humilis ,Agropyron cristatum , Poa cryrnophila , Taraxacum mongolicum , Potentilla anserine ) and the impact of small grasses such as Ranunculus tanguticus and Trigonotis peduncularis on the drought resistance of grassland was less. The proper management suggestions were provided accordingly.
