摘 要:文章提出了一种基于μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系统和LPC2292嵌入式微处理器的智能型电子式电动机过载保护继电器的设计方案。在采用对称分量法分析三相异步电动机常见故障的基础上,文章介绍了该智能型电子式电动机过载保护继电器的硬件设计,详细介绍了μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系统中各种任务的优先级分配以及基于CAN总线的数据通信部分的设计思路。该继电器能够根据负载运行状态自动地选择最佳匹配模式对电动机进行控制与保护,并可与上位机进行双向通信。实验运行及现场应用结果表明,该继电器操作简便、性能可靠、保护功能完善、抗干扰能力强。The paper proposed a design scheme of an intelligent type relay of motor based on μC/OS-Ⅱ embedded operating system and LPC2292 electronic over-load protection embedded microprocessor. On the basis of adopting symmetrical component method to analyze common faults of three-phase asynchronous motor, the paper introduced hardware design of the relay and introduced priority distribution of all kinds of tasks of μC/OS-Ⅱ embedded operating system and design thought of the data communication part based on CAN bus in details. The relay can select the best matching mode to control and protect motor automatically according to running state of load as well as intercommunicate with upper computer. The experiment running and field application results showed that the relay has easy operation, reliable performance, perfect protection functions and strong anti-interference ability.
