摘　　要：目的分析慢性心力衰竭患者室性心律失常发生率和Holter监测意义。方法收集入院慢性心力衰竭患者307例进行24小时动态心电图(Holter)监测并进行统计分析。结果室性心律失常发生率随着心衰的加重而增高。结论Holter检查对慢性心力衰竭患者具有实际临床意义。Objective To analyze the incidence of ventricular arrhythmias and the diagnostic value of Holter for patients with congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods 307 patients with CHF were detected with Holter and their clinical date were retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidence of ventricular arrhythmias was high when heart failure was serious. （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Detection of Holter is valuable and reliable for patients with congestive heart failure （CHF）.
