摘　　要：目的探讨固体硅胶隆鼻术的操作及并发症防治措施。方法对176例患者行固体硅胶隆鼻术,分析隆鼻术的手术要点和并发症的发生情况及其原因。结果本组176例患者中29例发生不同程度并发症,其中假体脱出8例,假体歪斜5例,假体浮动3例,假体上端位置过高4例,假体轮廓不满意4例,感染3例,排斥反应2例。结论假体的雕刻和手术过程中剥离是并发症产生的主要原因,也是手术成功的关键。Objective To investigate operative procedure and prevention of complications of augmentation rhinoplasty with silicone. Methods 176 patients with augmentation rhinoplasty were analyzed to summarize the highlights and complication of augmentation rhinoplasty. Result Of 176 Cases,21 cases had some complications, including 8 cases with prolepses of prosthesis,5 with crooked prosthesis,3 with floatation of prosthesis,4 with elevation of upper prosthesis, 4 with unsatisfactofy outline of prosthesis, 3 with infection and 2 with rejection. Conclusion Complications of rhinoplasty mainly result from prosthesis curving and operative procedure,which indicates that proper treatments always lead to excellent clinical results.
