住院孕妇擅自外出原因分析及对策

摘　　要：目的调查住院孕妇擅自离院的原因,结合临床制定相应的对策。方法采用自行设计问卷调查方法,对96例擅自离院孕妇进行调查。结果孕妇离开病房的原因主要是没带齐住院必需品、单位工作没有安排好或为了满足一些需要如爱与归属、睡眠的需要;离院时间大多为查房结束问清无检查治疗后。结论对孕妇要加强健康宣教及行为管理并要重视她们的心理需求,医院要积极创造条件予以满足,真正体现"以病人为中心"的服务宗旨。Objective： To investigate the causes of unauthorized dismiss of hospitalized gravida and make relevant based on clinical features. Method： A self- designed questionnaire is employed to investigate 96 gravidas who dismissed without doctors＇authorization during their hospitalization period. Result： Causes of unauthorized dismiss mainly include un- preparation of hospitalization necessities, un -arranged schedule at work, need for love or relegation, and need for comfortable sleeping environment, etc. Dismiss time concentrated after clinical -wards check and completion of medical examination and treatment. Conclusion： Propaganda and instruction aimed at gravidas and behavioral management should be strengthened, and gravidas＇mental needs be concerned and rationally satisfied by hospital, in order to realize the aim of patient -centralized medical service.
