摘　　要：四川汶川大地震反映出我国城市防灾系统空间规划的薄弱问题,本文以地震频发的台湾地区为对象,介绍了其都市防灾系统空间规划的相关理论与框架,并以员林镇为案例重点引介了其中比较关键的规划方法与措施,旨在为我们的城市防灾系统空间规划提供一些经验与启迪。The earthquake striking Sichuan has reflected the problem in our urban space system planning of disaster-prevention. This paper studying the case of Taiwan Province where earthquake happens frequently, introduces relevant theory and framework of Taiwan＇ s urban planning of disaster-prevention. By analyzing the example of Yuanlin Town, this paper selectively introduces some significant planning methods and solutions for the reference of our urban space system planning of disaster-prevention.
