摘  要:采用水浸提法制备不同浓度的臭椿根际土壤水提液,用生物测定法测定其对萝卜种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感效应,结果表明:水提液对萝卜种子发芽、幼苗生长具有明显的抑制作用,且随着溶液浓度的增大化感抑制作用逐渐增强。说明臭椿根际土壤含有化感物质,且对萝卜的化感作用显著。Aqueous extracts with different concentrations of rhizosphere soil of Ailanthus altissirna were prepared to study their allelopathic effects on seed germination and seedling growth of Raphanus sativus. The results showed that the aqueous extracts had an inhibiting effect on the seed germination and seedling growth, and the inhibition increased with the increase of the extracts concentration. It could be concluded that there should be some allelopathy chemicals in the rhizosphere soil of A. altissima to impose significant allelopathic effects to R. sativus.
