栓皮栎软木主要化学成分的分析

摘　　要：栓皮栎是工业用软木的主要来源之一，软木独特的化学成分使它具有很多优良的性质，比如防潮、弹性好、隔热、隔音，对病虫和化学物质及一些生物的侵入有抵抗能力。软木主要化学成分的研究对其加工、合理利用、改性及开发软木新产品具有重要的作用。本文采用索式提取和解聚分离等方法分析，得出栓皮栎软木各化学成分的平均含量为：木栓脂42．1％，木质素23．1％，提取物的总含量13．3％，多糖变化较大，12．3％～22．3％。Quercus variabilis is one of the main source in industrial cork, its chemical composition is responsible for some of its special properties such as impermeability to liquids,well elasticity, good heat and sound insulation and resistance to disease and to chemical and microbial attack. For better manufacturing and utilizing the cork ,changing and exploiting the new cork production,it is important to study the chemical properties of cork. Some contents of chemical components iv. the cork from Q. variabilis were measured： suberin 42. 1%, lignin 23.1%, extract 13.3%, polysaccharide changed in the range of 12.3% to 22.2%.
