摘 要:本研究探索弯曲木构件弹性恢复与终含水率之间关系,为弯曲家具的发展提供技术支撑。试验以水曲柳、枫木和橡胶木为试验材料,通过水热处理方法软化木材并利用弯曲模具制造弯曲木构件,根据弯曲木构件弦长变化评价其弹性恢复与终含水率的关系。试验结果表明,弯曲木构件的弹性恢复与其终含水率之间呈正相关关系。对于不同的软化工艺,3种树种均在含水率最低时,试件的弹性恢复最小。如在软化工艺Ⅰ下,水曲柳试件终含水率为9.6%时、枫木试件终含水率为7.1%时和橡胶木试件终含水率为9.8%时,试件弦长变化较小,变化值分别为1.0,1.0和0.6mm。对比本试验所选择的3个树种,软化工艺Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ的橡胶木试件弹性恢复较水曲柳、枫木试件小。对比本试验选择的3个软化工艺,软化工艺Ⅰ的水曲柳、枫木、橡胶木试件弹性恢复较软化工艺Ⅱ,Ⅲ小。To provide theoretical support for the development of curving furniture, the relationship between elasticity deformation and final moisture content of bending wooden-samples was investigated. The experimental materials including manchuria ash, sugar maple and rubber wood were softened by boiling water, and were bent through using curved molds in the test. The relationship between elasticity deformation and its final moisture content of bending wooden-samples was evaluated through the chord change of samples. The results showed the higher the final moisture content of samples, the bigger the elasticity deformation. For the different softening processes, the elasticity deformations of the three materials were all lower when their final moisture contents were lower. For example, when the final moisture contents of manchuria ash, sugar maple and rubber wood samples were 9.6%, 7.1% and 9.8%. respectively, the chord changes values were 1.0 mm, 1.0 mm and 0.6 mm respectively in the softening processes Ⅰ. The chord changes of rubber wood samples were smaller than that those of other two materials in the softening process Ⅰ ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ, and the chord changes of all materials were smaller in the process Ⅰ than that those in the softening process Ⅱ , Ⅲ.
