摘　　要：针对滹沱河(石家庄市区段)小壁生态区现状环境条件,依据《滹沱河石家庄市区段生态开发整治工程总体规划》的功能和景观要求,从功能分区、道路、设施、植物、防洪、防火等方面,对小壁生态区进行了全面规划。通过对小壁生态区规划的分析与实践,提出了如何营造融自然外貌、生态保护、科普教育、试验示范于一体的滨水生态区的思路,旨在突显滨水生态区规划中的一种场地精神和生态的理念。从而实现滨水生态区的生态、防洪、景观和文化等功能和谐统一。According to the present conditions of Hutuo River in Xiaobi ecology area and ＂the Overall Plan of Developing and Modifying Project to Hutuo Rever in Shijiazhuang Section＂, a complete planning of Xiaobi ecology area was conducted form the aspects of functional division, road, facility, plants, flood control and fire control. On the basis of analysis and practice of the planning of Xiaobi ecology area, suggestions were given on how to construct an idea waterside ecology area integrating the natural appearance, ecology protection, science education, and demonstration, to completely indicate the notion of ground and ecology in the plan of waterside ecology area. The aim was to harmoniously unify the functions of ecology, flood, landscape and culture in waterside ecology districts.
