四川山地乌骨鸡与丝羽乌骨鸡生长发育性能、屠宰性能比较研究

摘　　要：采用四川山地乌骨鸡和丝羽乌骨鸡0～12周龄生长发育资料和13周龄屠宰性能资料,进行t检验和方差分析,比较品种性能,揭示各品种生长发育规律。结果显示山地鸡料肉比、增重能力和屠宰性能均明显优于丝羽乌骨鸡;两品种公鸡的屠宰性能总体优于母鸡。推测山地鸡和丝羽乌骨鸡最佳屠宰时间分别为16周龄和14周龄。本试验为品种的合理开发利用提供了参考资料。To compare the growth performance and carcass per formance between Sichuan mountainous black-bone chicken （MB）and Silky chicken,we adopted both breeds＇ growing data from zero to 12 weeks age and their carcass data at 13 weeks age. We analyzed these data with t-test and variance analysis. The results showed that feed/meat rate,daily gain and carcass performance of MB were distinctly superior to those of Silky chicken. The carcass performances of both breeds＇ cocks were superior to those of hens. And we deduced that the best sale time of the MB and Silky chicken were 16 and 14 weeks age,respectively. These results were good references for exploring and utilizing the both breeds.
