摘 要:综述了酸性蚀刻废液的污染危害及处理现状,全面介绍了酸性蚀刻废液回收利用的方法。金属置换法、中和酸溶法方法简便、投资少;酸性蚀刻废液、碱性蚀刻废液自中和法制备碱式氯化铜经济、高效,是大型印制电路板制造企业回收利用蚀刻废液的优选方法;电解再生法不仅使蚀刻废液恢复原有的蚀刻效能,而且产出具有商业价值的铜,成为印制电路板制造企业的首选方法。The hazards and treatment status of spent acidic etchant are summarized, and the processes for its recycle are generally introduced. Metal displacement process and neutralization-acidic dissolution process are simple and investment less. Self-neutralization process for preparing basic copper chloride from spent acidic etchant and spent basic etchant is economic and highly efficient, which is the optimum process for large printed circuit board manufacturers to recycle spent etchant. Electrolysis regeneration process can not only renew spent etchant, but also produce commercial copper, which is the preferred process for printed circuit board manufactures.
