摘　　要：科学进行战略选择是高校抓住机遇迎接挑战,有效实施战略管理的关键。本文在剖析战略选择内涵特征的基础上,阐明了战略选择基于战略信息、始于战略评估、目的在于战略方案的确定,提出了高校科学地进行战略选择的措施。The key of the scientific strategic choice for the colleges and universities Science is to seize the opportunity to meet the challenges and implement the effective strategic management. On the basis of the analysis of the connotation characteristics of a strategic choice, clarify the strategic choice that based on the strategy information, begins with a strategic assessment, strategic program which aimed at the identification, then made the scientific measures of the strategic choice for colleges and universities.
